I’m Jenny Byrnes, and with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working alongside individuals, teams, and leadership, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how personality dynamics shape team performance, communication, customer experiences, and sales. As a certified Enneagram coach, business consultant, and personal coach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential using personality-driven insights.
Having worked across all levels of hospitality, I’ve seen firsthand how understanding personality can transform internal dynamics and strengthen connections with clients. This inspired me to create Enneagram Edge Consulting — a business focused on leveraging Enneagram and Instinctual Biases to enhance collaboration, communication, sales, and customer service.
